Provenance

Presented in 1405 by Herman van Lochorst, Dean of Utrecht, to the Church of St. Salvator, Utrecht. Petrus Bouckaert (c. 1580). P. Bondam (1727-1800; his sale at B. Wild, J. Altheer and C. van der Aa, Utrecht, October 1, 1800, lot 8 in folio). Purchased in 1837 at the sale of C. van der Voordt Pieck at K. Fuhri, The Hague (November 13, lot 1 in fol.) by W.H.J. van Westreenen
